ABOUT ME

Thank you for visiting my blog.

I write this blog to point business owners to the best resources, information, studies,  sites, books, and other tools that can help them with their business and personal goals.

My seven years of business school, both graduate and undergraduate, have taught me that business is not learned in school. Business is learned on the streets as we hassle and haggle to make a buck. This blog is not about academic rhetoric. It’s practical and straight to the point. My intention is to engage you the reader in some meaningful questions that may help you  arrive at the answers you need.

Here is a little information about me:

For more than fifteen years, I have been involved in dynamic business development and leadership in education, finance, technology and medical service industries.  Along the way, I have acquired useful skills in strategic planning, value communication, product positioning, change management, team building and decision-making. I have been deeply involved in establishing organizational excellence within culturally diverse environments, translating ideas into specific growth strategies, and building efficient systems to increase revenue.  I find pleasure in motivating and inspiring others to reach their potential.

My specialty is mostly in the areas of Strategic business intelligence, Value creation and communication, Systems design, Business process re-engineering, Change management, International relations  and Strategic planning.

One of my passions outside of business is to  help people in need and for 5 years I served as the CEO of Africa Mission Alliance, a nonprofit organization that my wife and I  founded to build schools for orphans in Africa.

In my free time, I enjoy reading crime fiction, blogging at www.amonmunyaneza.com, and spending time with my daughter Acacia .

I hope you enjoy my blog.
